Annual Meeting

It’s time for the “drive-in” Annual Meeting and Fall Picnic at the fairgrounds! (bring a chair to sit) outside if you like). From the comfort of your own automobile receive a delicious boxed fall picnic meal from the Broadway Diner and park to face the west wall of the historic grandstand where the evening’s program will be projected. Games and door prizes followed by business meeting, year- in-review and a presentation by Mark Tully, author and reenactor. We will be celebrating the Baraboo River which was returned to a free-flowing state 20 years ago with the removal of the last dam. Mark Tully as Francois Baribeau, the river’s namesake, will tell us about the fur trade post he set up over 270 years ago at the mouth of the river.
